Learn the true Original Ip Man’s Wing Chun Wooden Dummy form from Grandmaster Samuel Kwok. This book is a complete step-by-step guide to the Wooden Dummy hands techniques, legs application, and footwork. All the original sections are demonstrated clearly from start to finish, in different camera angles to facilitate easy and accurate learning. Regards from the Dragon is one of the most insightful books I have read on both the philosophy and fighting art of Bruce Lee.Taky Kimura gives a new and refreshing insight into how Bruce Lee developed his pioneering approach to Martial Arts while also sharing his own unique story as Bruce Lee's closest friend and senior student.A most book for all Bruce Lee fans with new photos and copies of a letters from Bruce Lee.Colm Whooley
